Javascript Backend Developer

This role is pivotal for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Responsibility

• Server-Side Logic Development: Design and implement robust server-side logic using JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Express.js, etc.). Ensure seamless integration with front-end elements developed by your team members.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain database schemas that represent and support business processes. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is crucial.
• API Development and Management: Develop and maintain high-performing, reusable, and reliable APIs. Ensure security and data protection in all API services.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Code Quality and Documentation: Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Write comprehensive documentation for server-side features and APIs for easy maintenance and future upgrades.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the front-end developers and other team members to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Stay informed about emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer in a JavaScript environment, particularly with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js.
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in managing data storage solutions, including databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) for seamless integration with the backend.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Skilled at creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
